Expert facility consulting, before you list or buy
Sean has worked on 276+ Health Canada licence applications. Before a facility is listed or bought, he assesses whether it is viable, what it is worth to the market, and what stands in the way. This is professional consulting and is billed as such.

Why this expertise matters
Health Canada has expected licence applicants to have a fully built site at the time of application since May 2019 (Mondaq summary). A buyer planning to apply needs a site that is complete, and sellers get stronger offers when they can prove it.
The March 2025 changes relaxed several physical security requirements, including removing the need for perimeter intrusion detection (Health Canada). Some sites that once needed costly upgrades may now be closer to ready. Knowing which is which is the job.
Sean built his career on the licensing side of the industry, producing site evidence and assessing licensing readiness for Canada's leading cannabis licensing firms since 2014.
Scope and limits
Consulting gives you an expert opinion on the site's condition, fit and marketability. It is not a building inspection, a legal opinion or a licence application, and no one can guarantee that Health Canada will issue a licence. Sean works alongside your inspector, lawyer and licensing team where those are needed.
Quoted per site before any work begins. On-site work includes travel time and costs. The first 10-minute Zoom chat is free; it is how Sean scopes the job and quotes it.
